NC-ANE conducts research in alignment with the vision, mission, and goals of the organization to improve the pedagogical, educational, and administrative outcomes of addressing the nurse faculty shortage. Many other manuscripts and abstracts were submitted for regional and international conferences and are currently under review. A current research on recruitment and retention of academic nurse faculty has over 400 participants. This research is now in the data cleaning and organization stage, From the preliminary data, it will be likely that other research topics will follow.
